We are looking for a Salesforce technical Leader to join our team and take an active role in optimizing the way we will do business, supporting multiple regions in the company worldwide.
What You’ll Do?
make it a secure, efficient, scalable and reliable platform that meets business requirements and technical design best practices.
Be proactive to propose Salesforce platform and identify opportunities to improve business practice and experience.
Tending to the everyday requests and questions cross company
Collaborate with multiple teams (several countries, several departments) to define best design solution.
Configuring validation rules, workflow rules, and approval processes. Assigning user profiles, reviewing access, creating fields, workflows, etc.
Hands on Salesforce administration, maintenance and data quality assurance (Lightning)
Administrative tasks on Salesforce, including but not limited to creating custom objects, fields, page layouts and related lists
Generating all types of reports and configuring dashboards
2 + years experience as a Salesforce Admin
2 + years of experience in Salesforce Service, Sales Cloud (case routing, queues, escalation, assignment rules etc.)
Community & Marketing Cloud (Advantage)
Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Administration certification (Advantage)
System Integrations & API design expertise (Advantage)
Experience working with: Oracle ERP, integration tools (Advantage)
BSc Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalency (Advantage)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
