An innovative global technology company is looking for an experienced Logic Designer & FPGA Team Leader to join a cutting-edge R&D organization developing advanced multidisciplinary systems.
This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership with hands-on FPGA development while influencing product architecture, technology decisions, and the development of next-generation systems in a highly advanced engineering environment.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor an FPGA engineering team
• Define and drive FPGA architecture and design decisions
• Develop and implement complex FPGA/RTL solutions
• Collaborate closely with Hardware, Software, System and Algorithm teams
• Drive product quality, innovation, and technical excellence
🔹 Requirements:
✔ B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
✔ 6+ years of FPGA / RTL development experience
✔ 2+ years of team leadership or management experience
✔ Strong experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog
✔ Experience with FPGA architecture and design
✔ Hands-on experience with Vivado and/or Quartus
✔ Strong understanding of Static Timing Analysis and timing constraints
✔ Experience with PCIe, SerDes, and high-speed digital systems
⭐ Advantages:
• Experience with Artix-7 or Kintex UltraScale+
• Experience in Medical Devices or regulated industries
