🚀 We're Hiring: Experienced System Engineer | Central Israel
We're looking for an experienced System Engineer for an exciting opportunity leading complex multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
🧩 About the Role
As a System Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for complex projects, translating customer needs into system specifications and technical requirements. You'll work closely with development teams, customers, subcontractors, and engineering teams while leading development, integration, and acceptance processes both in Israel and internationally.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
Analyze and define system requirements and project specifications.
Lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery.
Manage subcontractors while ensuring project milestones and timelines are met.
Lead engineering teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Participate in and lead Design Reviews.
Oversee system integration, verification, acceptance, and delivery of complex systems.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (required).
At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer, Technical Manager, or Product Technical Manager.
Hands-on R&D or development experience – a significant advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
Proven experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience with C4I, C2, military, or aerospace systems – an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the defense industry.
Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
Active Level 3 Security Clearance.
