Job Description
Systems Management and Support Specialist (TIER 2) for WEB and Cloud-based systems in a production environment.
The role involves versioning and implementing changes, identifying and addressing complex issues, working with advanced monitoring tools, collaborating with internal and external teams for problem-solving and advanced support, overseeing and implementing new projects, and providing high-level support to first-line support and development teams.
Job Requirements
Experience in managing applications based on Web platforms
Experience in managing applications based on Cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS)
Experience in managing Microservices based on Kubernetes
Experience in managing WEB infrastructure based on: IIS, WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat
Experience in managing Microsoft infrastructure based on Windows Servers
Experience with end-user fault monitoring tools (Network Monitor, Wireshark, Fiddler, Process Monitor, Browser Developer Console)
Experience with WEB system monitoring tools: (SCOM, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch & Kibana)
Experience with authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM)
Experience with encrypted communication and troubleshooting WEB applications based on SSL certificates
Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Batch, PowerShell – mandatory (one or more)
