We’re Hiring: Experienced System Engineer | Central Israel
We’re looking for an experienced System Engineer to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Lead projects from system requirements through integration, acceptance & delivery
Translate customer needs into system specifications and technical requirements
Work closely with customers, R&D teams, engineering teams & subcontractors
Lead Design Reviews and cross-functional engineering activities
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace / Computer / Software Engineering or Computer Science – required
5+ years of experience as a System Engineer / Technical Manager / Product Technical Manager
Proven experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects
Hands-on R&D / development background – significant advantage
Experience with C4I / C2 / Military / Aerospace systems – advantage
Defense industry experience – advantage
Active Level 3 Security Clearance – advantage
