We’re Hiring: Software Development Manager | C#/.NET

We’re looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead a talented team of 6–8 Software Developers and QA Engineers, working on complex, mission-critical operational systems.

This is a highly technical leadership role for someone who combines strong people management with hands-on technical expertise, takes full ownership of delivery, and enjoys staying close to architecture, code and complex problem-solving.

What you’ll do:

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary software development team

Own development activities end-to-end – from technical execution and quality to delivery and production support

Lead the design and development of solutions using C#/.NET and Web technologies

Provide technical leadership across architecture, code reviews and troubleshooting

Work closely with Product, System Engineering, QA, customers and additional stakeholders

Drive modernization and continuous improvement of development processes

Promote AI-assisted development practices across coding, testing, documentation and code reviews

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Software Development Manager / Team Leader / Technical Lead

Strong hands-on background in C# and .NET

Strong technical leadership and software architecture capabilities

Experience leading complex software development and end-to-end delivery

Experience with WPF/.NET – an advantage

Experience with mission-critical or operational systems – a significant advantage

Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools – an advantage

High ownership, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

On-site position in Petah Tikva, Israel
