We're Hiring | Experienced Recruitment Manager

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join one of our leading clients and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll:

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring.

Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies and attract top talent.

Lead and mentor a small recruitment team.

Drive recruitment initiatives while balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

We're looking for someone who has:

Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience.

Proven experience leading recruitment projects and managing multiple positions simultaneously.

Previous experience managing a recruitment team.

Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to identify new talent channels.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, results-driven mindset.
