🚀 We’re hiring: R&D Project Manager (Multidisciplinary Systems)
A leading technology company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end R&D projects in a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
🔹 What you’ll do:
• Lead full lifecycle projects – from planning to release
• Drive system integration, validation, and product readiness
• Work closely with R&D, QA, Product, Operations & Customer teams
• Manage timelines, resources, and risks
• Act as a key interface with stakeholders and customers
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects (HW + SW)
• Strong understanding of system-level development & testing
• Hands-on experience with MS Project (must)
• Experience working in matrix environments
• Customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
🔹 Nice to have:
• Experience with IoT or complex systems
• Familiarity with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
• PMP / MBA / Engineering degree
