🚀 We’re hiring a Senior Tracking & Data Fusion Algorithm Engineer
Join a cutting-edge team developing real-time, mission-critical systems for multi-target tracking and sensor fusion. This role focuses on building and deploying model-based algorithms in complex operational environments

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Develop real-time tracking and data fusion algorithms
• Work with multi-sensor systems (radar, EO, telemetry, etc.)
• Design and implement state estimation solutions (KF / EKF / UKF / Particle Filters)
• Handle data association, uncertainty modeling, and noisy environments
• Take ownership from design through production and performance optimization

🔹 Requirements:
• MSc/PhD in EE / Aerospace / Applied Math / Physics / CS
• Hands-on experience with tracking systems and sensor fusion
• Strong background in probabilistic estimation and stochastic processes
• Experience with Kalman Filters and data association methods (e.g. MHT / JPDA)
• Proven experience in real-world systems (not simulation only)
• Strong coding skills (Python and/or C++)

➕ Advantage: experience in defense / aerospace domains or active security clearance
