We’re Hiring: Experienced Certification Engineer
Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for product compliance and regulatory standards? We are looking for a Certification Engineer / Team Lead to play a central role in ensuring our products meet the highest certification standards. In this position, you will oversee the renewal of certifications for existing products, guide the design of new products to meet compliance requirements, and work closely with certification labs both locally and internationally to secure approvals within defined budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple technology certification and regulatory programs.
Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive certification programs for both existing and new products.
Participate in R&D development stages to ensure new products meet certification requirements from the outset.
Manage certification programs within established budgets and timelines.
Collaborate closely with certification labs to define requirements and ensure first-pass success.
Stay up-to-date with evolving and new standards.
Participate in regulatory and certification committees.
Supervise annual maintenance processes for certifications.
Reporting:
Reports to the Hardware Manager.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
BSc in Electrical Engineering.
4–5 years of experience as an RF engineer.
Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks, including RED and CRA – a strong advantage.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve documentation, analysis, and project execution efficiency.
Experience working with certification labs domestically and internationally.
Deep understanding of FCC, EC, UL, PTCRB standards, and preferably EN standards.
Willingness to travel abroad.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience collaborating with clients from international companies.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Full professional proficiency in English.
