Hardware Engineering Technical Lead | North Israel | Hybrid 🚀
A global medical technology company is looking for a Hardware Engineering Technical Lead to join its Cost Improvement technical operations team in the North of Israel.
This is a leadership role combining hands-on hardware expertise with cross-functional coordination in a regulated, multidisciplinary production environment.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Lead technical HW cost-improvement initiatives
Manage ECO processes and design changes for electronic boards
Support mass production and work closely with subcontractors
Review electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Collaborate with R&D, System Engineering, Testing and Manufacturing teams
Plan resources, budgets and HW activities within the department
✅ Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
5+ years in R&D and mass production environments
Experience with multidisciplinary products
Experience in electronic board design changes (ECO)
Knowledge of PLM systems (Agile – advantage)
Familiarity with lab equipment (Oscilloscope, LCR, etc.)
Strong understanding of production processes
Advantage:
Analog/Digital hardware design background
Firmware / VHDL / MATLAB exposure
Experience in medical device industry
