🚀 We’re Hiring | Quality LCM Manager
📍 Location: North of Israel
We’re looking for an experienced Quality LCM Manager to join a global MedTech environment and take ownership of quality activities across the full product lifecycle.
Role Overview
Lead quality practices from new product introduction through manufacturing and lifecycle management, working closely with R&D, Operations and suppliers, while driving continuous improvement and developing the quality team.
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Engineering or Practical Engineering with QA certification (CQE / CQM / CQA)
• 5+ years of experience in a quality leadership role within a manufacturing organization
• Experience in Medical Devices industry – strong advantage
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality management systems
• Experience with product transfer from development to production
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and validation activities
• Proven leadership, mentoring and team development skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement
