What You'll Do
Architecture & Innovation
Lead the transition from monolithic architecture to modern microservices
Champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, LLMs) as core team workflows
Define new standards for high-volume, AI-assisted development environments
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership to a talented development team
Mentor team members on AI-driven development practices and modern architecture patterns
Drive the implementation of code solutions quickly and with exceptional quality in mission-critical systems
Development Excellence
Accelerate development processes through intelligent automation and AI assistance
Automate testing, refactoring, and code analysis workflows
Develop and scale robust cloud-based systems
Navigate and optimize complex codebases with AI-powered tools
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Requirements
7+ years of backend development experience in C#/.NET
B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar technological field (required)
Proven track record of dramatically improving development speed and reducing bugs using AI-based tools
Ability to lead end-to-end development processes including scaling, optimization, and automation
System-level thinking combined with business orientation and strong mentoring skills
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development
