LCM Engineer | Yokneam, Israel

Join a leading Cardiovascular innovation team that’s developing smarter, less invasive, and more personalized solutions for heart and vascular care.
We’re looking for a talented and experienced LCM Engineer to support and improve existing medical systems in production, ensuring high quality, reliability, and continuous innovation.
🔧 What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain hardware solutions for released systems
Design and build test benches, jigs, and production tools
Investigate and resolve production and customer issues
Conduct failure analysis and implement process improvements
Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams
🎓 What we’re looking for:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
5+ years of experience in hardware development and manufacturing
Experience with multidisciplinary products (hardware, software, mechanics)
Background in medical devices – advantage
Knowledge of Firmware / VHDL / MATLAB – advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
