We're seeking a talented Team Lead to join our engineering team and drive innovation in retail technology!
We're building a cutting-edge retail solution as-a-service for the world's largest retailers. Join us in creating the next generation of scalable, cloud-native retail technology from the ground up!
What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers while contributing hands-on to development
Drive technical decisions and architect solutions for scalability and reliability
Develop new product features with real impact on global retail operations
Design and implement APIs that enhance digital experiences for internal and external customers
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges and support rapid growth
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of software engineering experience
2-3+ years of experience as Tech Lead/Architect
5+ years hands-on experience with Public Clouds (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Strong expertise in C# .Net Core (5+ years)
Solid understanding of cloud-native development, microservices, and containerization
Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
Nice to Have:
Experience with Golang
Background in Retail industry or POS software solutions
Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, service-mesh
Experience with GitOps, GitHub, Helm
SaaS platform development experience
