Responsibilities:
This role is combination of business development, technology architecture, hand-on capabilities and client facing relationship management skills.
Lead team of technological experts.
Lead Proof-of-Concept or pilot projects, working with internal/external partners to prove technical feasibility and strategic value for Bank Leumi.
Drive the execution of innovative projects from their initial phases to receiving customer feedback, define and monitor their respective KPIs and desired outcomes
Plan and operate internal innovation workshops.
Conduct landscape assessment and prepare startups mappings according to the identified needs.
Explore and map the current technology landscape in the organization and identifying needs / areas that need strengthening
Building a test set that will allow the examination of products in accordance with business need
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a software development.
Proven experience designing and building large-scale production systems.
Experience working with AWS or other public cloud – an Advantage.
Proven experience in stream processing technologies (Kafka/Flink/Storm) – an Advantage
Strong analytical skills to identify/review/evaluate emerging technologies and applications.
Led a software project from requirements – an Advantage.
Professional proficiency in English
B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering – an Advantage
2 years of experience as a team manager - an Advantage
