Job Description:
For a Cyber-Security company, establishing an innovative development centre in Israel, after recently acquiring Trustdome in an early phase. Located in Ramat Gan, overviewing the beach of Tel Aviv, with a team of 45 members team & growing, using cutting edge technologies to develop comprehensive cloud protection products. Working in a Start-up atmosphere yet with the backing of a strong & renowned Cloud Security company headquartered in the US. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Data Engineer to help us build the next generation of our data lake & data processing pipelines! We need strong problem-solvers who are passionate about data & technology, and who want to make an impact in a hyper-growth company!
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & implement the product’s core elements & data pipeline(s)
• Help design & implement a cutting edge, scalable, data-based rules engine!
• Responsible for the product's core - its underlying data lake & storage
• Work in collaboration with the rest of the team to integrate with the product backend
Job requirements:
5+ Year’s experience as a data engineer in a SaaS environment
Experience in architecting pipelines for processing streaming data (Spark/Storm/Flink/Beam, etc) - must
Experience in orchestrating batch processing jobs over large amounts of data (e.g. with AirFlow) - must
Experience with major cloud providers – must
Experience & familiarity with big data stores such as BigQuery, Athena, Snowflake - advantage
Experience with Graph databases such as Neo4j - strong advantage
Experience in Cyber Security companies - advantage
