Responsibilities:
Be part of Essence R&D Hardware department.
Full responsibility over new product’s mechanical design. Early involvement in project scoping and concept design phase till mass production product maintenance.
Maintenance and support for existing products, work closely with engineering and production.
Generate technical ation, create 2D Drawings according to GD&T standard
Perform calculations, analyze tolerance budgets and generate reports.
Investigate problems and provide corrective actions.
Perform mechanical tests.
Work with subcontractors
Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience in SOLIDWORKS
Graduate / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics- Must
Experience in designing plastic parts and injection technology - Must
Experience in designing multi-disciplinary integrated systems: Plastics, Sheet metal, CNC, Rubber, PCBs – Must.
Advantage:
Experience with GD&T standard for 2D drawings
Experience in designing integrated sound systems, such as resonance boxes
Experience designing IR and optical systems, lightguides and lenses
Knowledge in heat transfer and heatsink design
Experience working with local and international vendors.
Basic knowledge in manufacturing processes and prototypes including 3D printing.
Full MS-Office proficiency, including high skills in making PowerPoint presentations
High level of English.
