A leading company developing mobile apps based in Herzliya, is looking for a senior agile project manager to help the in-house development team.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the product owner (client) to prioritize features for the R&D team so that the team delivers user stories at a consistent pace
• Work closely with technical lead to break down business requirements and translate them into actionable software requirements for developers
• Work with inside/outside consultants on complex UI/UX issues
• Resolve project, design or resource issues before they cause schedule delays
• Work closely with the team to develop a continuous improvement program that empowers the team through adoption of measurable best practices and methods.
Requirements
• 2+ years of technical mobile project management experience, managing complex software projects, and applying agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Detail oriented and possess exceptional organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates ability to meet project deadlines while ensuring that software deliverables are of the highest quality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to facilitate dynamic meetings and discussions
• Ability to lead and work with teams
• English (high level)
